Did you know that your sleeping position reveals some traits of your personality (and your health?)
Sleeping is not only good for your health, but the way you sleep can also affect your physical condition. Everyone has their way of sleeping, their position, or even a type of favorite mattress.
We can divide sleepers into 3 categories:
- Those who sleep on their backs
- Those who sleep on their stomachs
- Those who sleep on the side
We spend about 33% of our lives sleeping. Sleep is therefore a primary factor in our health. Lack of sleep can affect your memory, your ability to concentrate and make decisions, your reaction speed, your emotions, and your physical health. Go to the next page to find out what your sleeping position reveals about your personality.
Those who sleep on their backs
Sleeping on your back is the best position. This position is good for the spine. The only drawback is that you (or your partner) are more likely to snore.
Those who sleep on the side
The most common position is on the side. Unfortunately, constantly sleeping on one side increases the risk of pain in the arms and legs. In addition, sleeping on the right side can cause gastric reflux and impede digestion.
Those who sleep on their stomachs
This is the worst position. If you tend to sleep on your back, you probably experience neck and back pain.
